Research Papers Track

The research papers track is open to research contributions. Papers submitted in this track will be thoroughly reviewed for novelty, relevance, technical quality and scientific soundness by the members of the research track program committee.

After the conference there will be a call for a special issue of a journal.

Submission deadlines

Abstract submission deadline is September 15, 2015.
Abstract registration still welcome until paper submission deadline.

Paper submission deadline is September 30, 2015 October 7, 2015 (extended).

Research paper notification: November 15, 2015.

Camera-ready version deadline is December 8, 2015.

Submissions must be in the standard ACM format for conference proceedings. Research track papers should be clearly marked in the text either as "Full Research Paper" or "Short Research Paper". Full research papers should not exceed 12 pages double column including figures and tables. Short research papers are limited to 6 pages.

At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register at the full rate, attend the conference and present the paper. Presented papers will be published in the ICPE 2016 conference proceedings that will be published by ACM and included in the ACM Digital Library. Authors are required to adhere to the ACM Policy and Procedures on Plagiarism as well as to the ACM Policy on Prior Publication and Simultaneous Submissions.
