Submission deadlines

Submission deadline is 11:59 PM (23:59) Pacific Time on December 8, 2015 (hard deadline).

Notification: December 15, 2015.

Camera-ready version deadline: January 11, 2016paper submissions). Posters can also be submitted as a 1-page poster, so without an accompanying 2-page paper (poster-only submissions). Demos can also be submitted as a presentation slide-deck, so without an accompanying 2-page paper (slides-only submissionssubmissions without an accompanying paper will be reviewed based on their submitted material.

Paper submissions must be in the standard ACM format for conference proceedings. The submissions should be clearly marked in the text as "Poster Paper" or "Demonstration Paper". The papers should not exceed 2 pages double column including figures and tables.

Poster-only submissions consist of a 1-page poster, in pdf file, with a format decided by the authors.

Slides-only submissions consist of a presentation slide deck (e.g., ppt, odp, or pdf slides), with 5-10 slides.

At least one author of each accepted demo or presentation is required to register at the full rate, attend the conference and present the paper. Presented papers will be published in the ICPE 2015 conference proceedings that will be published by ACM and included in the ACM Digital Library. Authors are required to adhere to the ACM Policy and Procedures on Plagiarism as well as to the ACM Policy on Prior Publication and Simultaneous Submissions.
